Free & Total Testosterone
Assesses androgen status.
- Total testosterone = overall circulating hormone
- Free testosterone = biologically active portion

- Critical for TRT dosing and monitoring response
Estradiol (E2)
Measures estrogen levels (important in men and women).
- In men on TRT: monitors aromatization of testosterone
- Helps explain symptoms like water retention, gynecomastia, mood swings
- In women: evaluates menstrual/hormonal status
TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone)
Primary screening test for thyroid function.
- Detects hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism

T3 (Triiodothyronine) & T4 (Thyroxine)
Active thyroid hormone (T3) and storage hormone (T4).

Reverse T3 (rT3)
Inactive thyroid metabolite.
